Of Lakes and Forests ...

Yes, this time it's "Stand by Me" by Oasis ... ^_^ Although some lyrics sound contradictory, it's a great song. :)




I don't know what got into me and I'm watching Oasis videos on Youtube these days ... :P Usually I never visit Youtube, not because I don't like it or something, but I always seem to forget its existence. xD

Today I ate lunch in Agora, after many months absence! ^^ I missed that cafeteria, it's my favorite one. :) It has beautiful view, and it's full of windows and bright. The others are darker, made with brick walls. You don't really bump into anyone you know in the Agora cafeteria though (unlike Lozzi for example), but the view compensates for that. ;)

And this time the view was so beautiful ... I think I stayed there almost an hour, just looking at the lake and the forest turned green. ^_^ I wonder if there is a pathway in that forest behind Ylistonrinne ... If there is I'd like to try it out some day. :)

I'm pretty sure the lasagne I ate was yesterday's, because it was 15 cents cheaper and also the texture was looking not-so-fresh. :P Of course I realized this after I put it on my plate, so I had to finish the action and buy it as well. xD

One thing I realized is that I love lakes ... Maybe it was hidden to me because there are no lakes in cities, or maybe it developed before coming here to Finland. It's possible that this is one reason I chose to come here, subconsciously somehow, to the Land of a Thousand Lakes .... It sounds so poetic, doesn't it? ^^ And particularly I love lakes with forests around it! So I must visit some before leaving, definitely! They are so calm and peaceful ...

I fell with my bike not even 5 minutes after I got on it. xD I got up while riding it to fix my shirt, which I always do, but this time for some reason I saw myself fall in slow motion ... First my hands, then knees, and then when I thought "That was it", my bike for some reason came over me and landed on my other side ! O_O So you could say I had a slow-motion tumble, but not on a hill. xD How weird that was ... 2 guys and a man (this reminds me of "Two guys, a girl and a pizza place :P) asked me if I was ok, and they saw my scratched hands and checked to see if my bike was all right. How nice of them!! :) ^^ Some Finns are really sweet. And now my knee is banged up. I don't remember a time when my legs were purely clean with no scratches or scabs or anything. xD Maybe in middle school ...

Well I realize now I'm starting to ramble about nonsence and unimportant things, so I will close this to save you from acute boredom!! How nice can a blogger be, tell me?? :D
